This was my first visit with my 2012 Veloster, so I didn't know what to expect. The service advisor was very friendly and took me to the waiting room and explained everything available, including Parts Department. My waiting time was just as he said it would be. I have previously gone to Chrysler department, so I was a little leary of going to a new place, but I am happy to say I will be coming back to Jenkins Hyundai where it feels comfortable.

The young lady who checked my car in was friendly, knowledgable, and quick. She said we would have to wait probably about an hour, and as a retiree that's no problem, but the service was completed and the vehicle washed under 40 mins. This young lady, whose name I do not remember, is more definitely a "keeper" and will be an asset to your team.

Corey did a great job. I was very pleased with the promtness of the service. The service tech properly used my marking brake. I will not return to a shop that just leaves the car in park. We just moved into the area (The Villages from Pa) and were up near Ocala when we noticed a nail in one of our tired when the tire sensor came on. Since we do all my service at Hyundai we stopped at the Ocala location. The dealership did not have the tire we need. Our Santa Fe only has 18,000 miles and the nail was in a location that was not fixable. Since we were not familiar it took us a while to get to the other dealer. Luckily for us, they were opened until 6pm. We thought since we arrived after 5:30 it would be too late to change the tire. In fact, the service department went out of their was to make it happen and did it cheaper what the other service department qouted us! Within a few minutes, we were on our way with a bag of popcorn! Needless to say, we will return the next time we need anything for the Santa Fe. Thanks Again!!!

They did wash the car after service. Not the best job but nice that they did it. I think the time that I had spent was minimual, which was a positive. I have to assume that the service part of my visit was accomplished without problems. Everyone was friendly and the donuts were a nice touch at 7AM in the morning.
